Cependant, des disparités existent dans les pratiques d'ETP entre les centres de transplantation rénale en France. Objectif : Évaluer les pratiques d'ETP des centres français de transplantation rénale. Matériel et méthode : Un questionnaire de 51 questions a été envoyé à 32 centres de greffe rénale adulte. Les données collectées ont été analysées à l'aide d'un fichier Excel. Résultats : Le taux de participation était de 96,9 % (31/32 centres). La plupart des centres proposent des séances d’ETP (29/31 soit 93,5%). Cependant le contenu des sessions varie d’un centre à l’autre. Des différences ont été retrouvées dans la gestion des médicaments, les mesures diététiques et d’hygiène conseillées, ainsi que le discours sur les voyages/sports/loisirs. Conclusion : D’importantes divergences ont été observées dans les pratiques d’ETP entre les centres de transplantation rénale. Pour améliorer l'ETP, il est essentiel d'harmoniser les informations fournies aux patients et d'accroître l'implication des pharmaciens et des patients experts. Introduction: Therapeutic patient education (TPE) is a key element in the management of kidney transplant patients. However, disparities exist in TPE practices among renal transplant centers in France. Objective: To evaluate the TPE practices of French renal transplantation centers. Methods: A questionnaire consisting of 51 questions was sent to 32 adult kidney transplant centers. The collected data were analyzed using an Excel spreadsheet. Results: The participation rate was 96.9% (31/32 centers). Most centers offer TPE sessions (29/31, 93.5%). However, the content of the sessions varies from one center to another. Differences were found in the management of medications, dietary measures, hygiene advice, as well as discussions about travel/sports/leisure activities. Conclusion: Significant differences were observed in TPE practices among renal transplantation centers. To improve TPE, it is essential to harmonize the information provided to patients and to increase the involvement of pharmacists and patient experts.
