Nous rendons notamment compte de la lissité de l’espace de Kuranishi associé aux déformations holomorphes préservant la structure transverse d’un tel feuilletage. Elle est aussi l’occasion de présenter et motiver l’étude des structures multifeuilletées introduites par Kodaira et Spencer. Nous obtenons un théorème de type Frobenius pour certaines d’entre elles. Ces structures permettent de développer un formalisme unifié des théories de déformations associées aux variétés complexes, au feuilletages transversalement holomorphes et aux feuilletages holomorphes. Les feuilletages de Calabi-Yau que nous étudions dans cette thèse sont des exemples nontriviaux de structure multifeuilletée : ils possèdent toujours un feuilletage supplémentaire. Nous cherchons pour finir une relation entre les déformations préservant la structure transverse d’un feuilletage de Calabi-Yau et les déformations du feuilletage qui lui est supplémentaire. In this thesis, we study the deformations of regular holomorphic foliations with a Calabi-Yau type property. In particular, we report on the smoothness of the Kuranishi space associated with the holomorphic deformations preserving the transverse structure of such a foliation. It is also an opportunity to present and motivate the study of multifoliate structures introduced by Kodaira and Spencer. We obtain a Frobenius theorem for some of them. These structures make it possible to develop a unified formalism for deformation theories associated with the complex manifolds, the transversaly holomorphic foliations and holomorphic foliations. The Calabi-Yau foliations studied in this thesis are non-trivial examples of multifoliate structures : they always have an additional foliation. Finally, we search a relationship between the deformations that preserve the transverse structure of a CalabiYau foliation and the deformations of the transverse structure of the additional foliation.
