L'organisation des soins est en plein changements, et les possibilités sont infinies. Telle qu'elle est, elle ne pourra pas survivre : elle doit faire face au manque de personnel, au manque de médecins (et donc de prescriptions) et à la modification démographique. Les changements sont en marche ; TROD, prescription de vaccins et antibiotiques, tant de choses qui vont entrainer un tournant radical dans les tâches des pharmaciens et préparateurs au quotidien. Tout doit se passer pour que le patient reste la principale préoccupation. Cette thèse fait la proposition d'une mise en place d'un système de dispensaire, fait pour conserver un accès aux soins, pour tous, et une bonne répartition sur le territoire français. Pharmacies are constantly evolving. The organization of healthcare is undergoing major changes, and the possibilities are endless. It cannot survive as it is : it must face staff shortages, a lack of doctors (and prescriptions), and demographic shifts. Changes are already underway : rapid diagnostic tests, the ability to prescribe vaccines and antibiotics — so many developments that will lead to a radical shift in the daily tasks of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Throughout these changes, the patient must remain the central focus. This thesis proposes the implementation of a dispensary system, designed to maintain access to healthcare for all, and to ensure an equitable distribution of services across French territory.
