     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Les lasers ytterbium sont très utilisés pour la génération d'impulsions courtes et en particulier pour la spectroscopie "dual-comb". Dans ces travaux de thèse, nous avons développé expérimentalement des architectures de lasers à solides dopés ytterbium dans différentes matrices cristallines telles que : Yb:YAG, Yb:Lu:YAG, Yb:Na:CNGG et Yb:CaF_2. Dans ces milieux actifs quasi-isotropes, deux états propres de polarisations orthogonales peuvent osciller simultanément et générer deux trains d'impulsions qui peuvent être synchrones ou asynchrones, selon le type d'architecture de cavité. Nous montrons dans un premier temps, que l'orientation de la polarisation de la pompe est un moyen efficace de contrôle des puissances dans les lasers ytterbium bipolarisation. Les résultats expérimentaux obtenus sont ensuite confrontés à un modèle tenant compte de l'anisotropie de pompage, ainsi que de la saturation croisée dans le milieu actif. Dans un deuxième temps, nous démontrons expérimentalement un double peigne de fréquences dont les trains d'impulsions sont synchrones dans les lasers Yb:YAG et Yb:Lu:YAG bipolarisations à verrouillage de modes passif contenant deux lames quart d'ondes intracavité. Enfin, l'obtention d'un double peigne de fréquences bipolarisations asynchrones dans le laser Yb:YAG ainsi que l'accordabilité des taux de répétition a été démontré.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Ytterbium lasers are widely used for short pulse generation, in particular for dual-comb spectroscopy. In this thesis work, we experimentally developed specific laser architectures for ytterbium-doped solid-state lasers, such as: Yb:YAG, Yb:Lu:YAG, Yb:Na:CNGG and Yb:CaF_2. In these quasi-isotropic active media, two eigenstates with orthogonal polarizations can oscillate simultaneously, generating two pulse trains that can be synchronous or asynchronous, depending on the type of cavity architecture. We first show that the orientation of the pump polarization is an effective tool of power control in bipolarized ytterbium lasers. The experimental results obtained are then compared with a two-mode rate-equation model taking into account the pump-induced gain anisotropy and the cross-saturation in the active medium. Secondly, we experimentally demonstrate a dual frequency comb with synchronous pulse trains in Yb:YAG and Yb:Lu:YAG bipolarized passive mode-locked lasers containing two intracavity quarter-wave plates. Finally, the achievement of an asynchronous dual-frequency comb in the Yb:YAG laser, as well as the tunability of the repetition rates, has been demonstrated.</dcterms:abstract>
