Celles-ci entraînent des répercussions socio-économiques majeures. Le repérage précoce des situations à risque par le médecin généraliste fait partie intégrante de la prévention de la désinsertion professionnelle, afin d’orienter au mieux les patients dans le processus du maintien dans l’emploi. Objectif : L’objectif principal de l’étude est d’évaluer le recours aux différents outils et interlocuteurs de prévention de la désinsertion professionnelle (service de santé au travail, temps partiel thérapeutique, visite de pré-reprise, RQTH, service social de la CARSAT) par les médecins généralistes bretons. Matériel et méthodes : Etude quantitative descriptive et transversale réalisée à l’aide d’un questionnaire en ligne. La population étudiée est constituée de médecins généralistes inscrits à l’Ordre des Médecins de la région Bretagne. Résultats : 87 réponses complètes ont été analysées. Les médecins généralistes bretons ont des connaissances globalement correctes des différents dispositifs et interlocuteurs du maintien en emploi (hormis le service social de la CARSAT), mais s’en saisissent de manière sous-optimale. Conclusion : A l’avenir, les enjeux seront de promouvoir la prévention et la santé au travail dès les études de médecine, puis au cours de la formation continue des médecins généralistes, afin que leurs connaissances des dispositifs et interlocuteurs soient solidifiées et à jour. En associant une meilleure formation et promotion du maintien en emploi à une coordination optimisée des différents acteurs, la prévention de la désinsertion professionnelle pourra investir la réflexion des médecins généralistes dans leur quotidien, afin que la qualité de vie des travailleurs soit durablement maintenue. Context : In a societal context where the professional career is lengthening, where the retirement age is increasing, we are increasingly confronted with problems of professional deintegration. These have major socio-economic repercussions. The early identification of risk situations by the general practitioner is an integral part of the prevention of professional deintegration, in order to best guide patients in the process of maintaining employment.Objective : The main objective of the study is to evaluate the use of different tools and contacts for preventing professional deintegration (occupational health service, therapeutic part-time, pre-resumption visit, RQTH, social service of the CARSAT) by general practitioners of Brittany. Material and methods : Descriptive and cross-sectional quantitative study carried out using an online questionnaire. The population studied consists of general practitioners registered with the Order of Physicians of the Brittany region. Results : 87 complete responses were analyzed. General practitioners of Brittany have generally good knowledge of the various mechanisms and contacts for job retention (except the CARSAT social service), but use them in a sub-optimal manner. Conclusion : In the future, the challenges will be to promote prevention and health at work from medical studies, then during the continuing training of general practitioners, so that their knowledge of the systems and contacts is solidified and up to date. By combining better training and promotion of job retention with optimized coordination of the different actors, the prevention of professional deintegration will be able to involve the reflection of general practitioners in their daily lives, so that the quality of life of workers is sustainably maintained.
