En 2004, le protocole de coopération ASALEE voit le jour, avec pour principal objectif d’améliorer la prise en charge des maladies chroniques. Notre étude vise à analyser et décrire le ressenti des patients hypertendus au sein de ce suivi conjoint par un médecin généraliste et une infirmière déléguée à la santé publique. Méthode : Étude qualitative par entretien individuel semi-dirigé auprès de 13 patients hypertendus suivis dans le cadre du protocole de coopération ASALEE. Le recrutement s’est étalé de juillet 2023 à février 2024, avec analyse conjointe jusqu’à saturation des données. Un double codage et une triangulation des données ont été réalisés par la suite. Résultats : Grâce aux modifications de leurs règles hygiéno-diététiques, les patients interrogés dans cette étude ressentent une amélioration de leur qualité de vie. Sans avance de frais, ce nouvel espace d’écoute avec l’infirmière est un soutien moral et psychologique. Cependant, l’HTA reste une pathologie peu abordée lors des entretiens. Discussion : La plupart des travaux semblables au nôtre, portant principalement sur le diabète, montrent un taux de satisfaction élevé des patients. L’association ASALEE, financée par le CNAM, fait face à une problématique budgétaire, incitant une réflexion attentive sur les négociations futures. Conclusion : Devant une organisation des soins primaires en perpétuelle évolution, ASALEE semble être une solution efficace de coopération interprofessionnelle, offrant une voie prometteuse d’amélioration de la prise en charge de l’hypertension artérielle. Introduction: Hypertension, the leading chronic disease worldwide, represents a major public health issue. In 2004, the cooperation protocol ASALEE was established with the main objective of improving the management of chronic diseases. Our study aims to analyze and describe the experiences of hight blood pressure’s patients, within this joint follow-up by a general practitioner and a nurse delegated to public health. Method: It’s a qualitative study, through semi-structured individual interviews, with 13 hypertensive patients followed by the cooperation protocol ASALEE. Recruitment took place from July 2023 to February 2024, with joint analysis until data saturation. Meanwhile, double coding and data triangulation were conducted. Results: Due to changes in their lifestyle habits, the patients interviewed in this study reported an amelioration in their quality of life. Without any upfront costs from patients, this interaction with the nurse serves as moral and psychological support. However, hypertension remains a topic that receives limited discussion during the interviews. Discussion: Most studies similar to ours, mainly focusing on diabetes, show a high satisfaction among patients. The ASALEE association, financed by CNAM, faces budgetary challenges, prompting careful consideration of future negotiations. Conclusion: Faced with a primary care system in constant evolution, ASALEE appears to be an effective solution for interprofessional cooperation, offering a promising approach to enhancing the management of hypertension.
