Cette thèse d’exercice a pour objectif de réunir et détailler les différentes indications possibles à l’utilisation de cette technique en odontologie pédiatrique. Une revue littéraire a permis de référencer de multiples indications : les anomalies de forme, les traumatismes dentaires, la réanatomisation suite à un traitement orthodontique, et les lésions carieuses. Plusieurs cas cliniques illustrent les différentes indications, avec les avantages et inconvénients retranscrits par les praticiens, ainsi que le recul clinique. The injected composite is a rather recent tech-nique and still little used in young patients. This exercise thesis aims to bring together and to de-tail the different possible indications for the use of this technique in pediatric dentistry. A literary review allowed to reference many indi-cations: shape anomalies, dental trauma, reanat-omization following orthodontic treatment, and caries lesions. Several clinical cases illustrate the different indi-cations, with the advantages and disadvantages transcribed by practitioners, as well as clinical experience.
