     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">La Stimulation Cérébrale Profonde est une thérapie symptomatique de la maladie de Parkinson qui vise à améliorer la qualité de vie du patient. Pour être efficace, cette procédure chirurgicale dépend de la mise en place d'électrodes de stimulation dans des régions sous-corticales de taille submillimétrique. Cette thèse se concentre sur l'optimisation de la localisation d'une de ces neuroanatomies d'intérêt, à travers le développement d'outils d'assistance. Plus spécifiquement, la première contribution de cette thèse concerne le développement d'une méthode automatique d'interprétation des signaux électrophysiologiques enregistrés par des électrodes pendant l'opération. Cette initiative répond à notre volonté de fournir un outil d'aide à la décision basé sur une approche probabiliste et cohérent avec les besoins cliniques. La seconde contribution concerne le développement et l'évaluation d'une intelligence artificielle générative pour la simulation de ces signaux électrophysiologiques, constituant la première étape du développement de simulateurs didactiques pour la formation d'internes en médecine qui s'intéressent à l'analyse neurophysiologique interventionnelle.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Deep Brain Stimulation is a therapeutic approach for managing symptoms of Parkinson's disease, aimed at enhancing patients' quality of life. For effectiveness, this surgical procedure relies on accurately positioning stimulation electrodes within sub-millimeter-sized subcortical areas. This thesis is centered on optimizing the localization of specific neuroanatomical regions of interest using the development of assistive tools. More specifically, the first contribution of this thesis involves developing an automated method for interpreting electrophysiological signals recorded by electrodes during surgery. This initiative aligns with our goal to offer a decision-support tool that employs a probabilistic approach and meets clinical needs. The second contribution involves developing and evaluating a generative artificial intelligence model for simulating these electrophysiological signals. This constitutes the initial step in creating educational simulators for training medical interns in interventional neurophysiological analysis.</dcterms:abstract>
