Internet est de nos jours un vecteur d’information principal. Dans ce contexte, à l’Université de Rennes, un site de prévention bucco-dentaire en ligne a été conçu en 2008. Dans le cadre de l’évolution de ce site, la création de fiches synthétiques d’information et de prévention téléchargeables par les internautes a semblé une idée pertinente pour faciliter la transmission des connaissances et des recommandations. Objectif : Cette thèse visait à la réalisation de fiches synthétiques d’information et de prévention en odontologie pédiatrique à l’intention des patients et de leurs accompagnateurs, en lien avec le site de prévention de l’UFR d’Odontologie de Rennes. Matériels et méthodes : 4 grands thèmes ont été choisis parmi les 6 traités par le site. Le choix des sujets et des titres a été réalisé. Les fiches ont été conçues à partir des trames et illustrations présentes sur le site mais on y retrouve un complément didactique. Des illustrations personnelles ont également été créées. Ces fiches ont ensuite été présentées pour évaluation à un comité de lecture avant d’être modifiées ponctuellement. Résultats : 23 fiches d’information et de prévention ont été créées pour autant de sujets traités. Les retours du comité de lecture ont été peu nombreux mais ont permis l’amélioration de plusieurs fiches. Conclusion : La réalisation de fiches d’odontologie pédiatrique est un outil supplémentaire pour faire de la prévention et transmettre des informations utiles de manière rapide afin de protéger la santé au mieux. Mais il reste à réfléchir à des moyens à mettre en œuvre pour transmettre l’accès au site et à ces fiches au plus grand nombre et ainsi exercer une réelle influence en matière de prévention. Résumé (anglais) : Introduction: Oral prevention, which aims to prevent the occurrence of oral pathologies, to maintain or improve oral health, is partly based on the education of patients and caregivers. The Internet is nowadays a main vector of information. In this context, at the University of Rennes, an online oral prevention site was designed in 2008. As part of the evolution of this site, the creation of synthetic information sheets and prevention downloadable by Internet users seemed a relevant idea to facilitate the transmission of knowledge and recommendations. Objective: This thesis aimed at the realization of synthetic sheets of information and prevention in pediatric odontology for patients and their companions, in connection with the prevention site of the UFR of Odontology of Rennes. Materials and methods: 4 main themes were chosen from the 6 treated by the site. The choice of topics and titles was made. The sheets were designed from the frames and illustrations present on the site but there is a didactic complement. Personal illustrations were also created. These cards were then presented to a peer review committee for evaluation before being amended from time to time. Results: 23 information and prevention sheets were created for as many topics. The feedback of the reading committee was few but allowed the improvement of several sheets. Conclusion: The realization of sheets of pediatric odontology is an additional tool to do prevention and transmit useful information in a quick way to protect health at best. But it remains to think about ways to implement to transmit access to the site and these sheets to the greatest number and thus exert a real influence in prevention.
