     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">L’avulsion de l’organe dentaire entraîne une résorption de la corticale vestibulaire traduite par l’apparition d’une dépression vestibulaire en regard de la dent extraite. Le remplacement de la dent manquante par un implant nécessite le comblement de cette concavité pour assurer la pérennité du traitement implanto-prothétique. L’apparition de nouveaux biomatériaux, tels que le Fibro-Gide® (Geistlich Pharma), permettent de s’affranchir d’un site donneur et propose une cicatrisation plus rapide que les techniques de conjonctifs enfouis et de régénérations osseuses guidées habituelles. Cette étude rétrospective de 3 cas cliniques réalisée au Centre de Soins Dentaires du CHU de Rennes a pour but de tester l’intérêt de ces nouvelles technologies dans une pratique courante. Elle pourra servir de prélude à une étude plus conséquente et à plus long terme.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">The avulsion of the dental organ leads to a resorption of the vestibular cortical bone resulting in the appearance of a vestibular depression. The replacement of the missing tooth by an implant requires the filling of this concavity to ensure the durability of the implant-prosthetic treatment. The appearance of new biomaterials, such as Fibro-Gide® (Geistlich Pharma), makes it possible to dispense with a donor site and offers faster healing than the usual techniques of connective tissue graft and guided bone regeneration. This retrospective study of 3 clinical cases performed at the Dental Care Center of the Rennes University Hospital aims to test the interest of these new technologies in a current practice. It may serve as a prelude to a more substantial and longer-term study.</dcterms:abstract>
