Canal-U_EZpublish 161067 fre Résumé : Pour offrir à la population arrivant aux urgences du narbonnais un accès à l’imagerie scanner 24 h/ 24 dans des conditions de sécurité et de qualité optimisées, les centres hospitaliers de Narbonne et de Perpignan ont mis en place un dispositif de télédiagnostic commun en novembre 2007. Un projet novateur dans sa conception, tant sur le plan technique qu’organisationnel. Au CHU de Bordeaux, un dossier médical commun informatisé est utilisé dans le cadre des réunions de concertation pluridisciplinaire en oncologie.
